How does Boundless Health help with?

How does Boundless Health help restore flexibility and freedom of movement?

Being flexible means you can move your body through a greater range of movement.

The old saying, "If you don't use it you lose it" has never been truer when it comes to flexibility. If you do not regularly move through you full range of movement, you will over time lose it. How often do you get the chance to really stretch out?

Often during a normal day our bodies perform the same movements over and over again. Over time your body starts to adapt to this limited repetitive pattern of movement. Your muscles and soft tissues can shorten and your joints can become stiff, pretty soon your body will adapt to this new level of movement. In extreme cases even the bone around the joints can remodel restricting movement even further.

All this can leave you feeling stiff, tired and achy.

Boundless Health programs help you move your body right to its limit and then teach you to relax and better yet, gently squeeze those postural muscles. This allows you to stretch your muscles and tendons without hurting the joints. This process will also teach you more efficient ways to move, making life that little bit easier.

At the end of the session you will start to realise what you have been missing and maybe how much stress you have been holding on to.
