Boundless Health - Osteocise

This is a great program if you want to take control of your health and wellbeing.

The focus of this low to moderate impact program is to get improvements in:

  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Posture

These are the four areas vital in preventing (and treating) osteoporosis (click here for more information on osteoporosis). We have incorporated the best elements of strength training, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and rehabilitative exercises, to ensure a balanced, safe approach to restoring your fitness.

Designed by a physiotherapy led team many of the exercises can be modified to suit the individual. So if you have always been fit or looking to start exercising for the first time this is a good place to start.

The great thing is even if you are not worried about osteoporosis, by working on all of these four areas as well as endurance, you will find whatever your passion is, be it golf, gardening or just getting out and about, you are going to have a lot of fun getting your body tuned up and into shape.
