Boundless Health - Stretch and Relaxation

This is a fantastic program if you want to ease into exercise. We have taken the latest in stretching techniques from physiotherapy, plus the best elements of Yoga, Pilates and Thai Chi to develop a program guaranteed to help you unwind.

Designed by a physiotherapy led team, this low impact program will help you improve your postural strength, balance and flexibility. What really separates this class is that it gives you more freedom of movement with very little stress on your joints. This is a great place to start, especially if you suffer joint pain from arthritis and have had trouble exercising in the past. You will also get the chance to clear your mind and truly relax. We are sure you will never have felt so good exercising before.
