This moderate impact program is more upbeat and will definitely get your heart started. It has a greater aerobic content and is more geared to improving your endurance. Importantly though, you will still see improvements in the critical areas of strength, flexibility, posture and balance.

Whilst everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace, this program is great for already active people ready to work a little harder in a safe environment. Your funny bone will get a real work out too!!
