Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Q: What sorts of people go?
A:
Whilst the program is targeting people over fifty, anyone interested in looking after their health and wellbeing is welcome. We have had people of all ages enjoy the classes.

Q: What do I wear?
A:
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed so you can move freely and enjoy the fun. We recommend you wear loose fitting clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, track suit pants and walking/running shoes.

Q: How do the programs run, and where can I go?
A:
Classes will run at least 1 to 2 times a week, possibly more, depending on the centre. Structured programs run for 10-12 weeks and are highly recommended if you really want to get results you can see and feel. For a list of classes in your area please complete the contact us form and we will send you details of your nearest centre.

Q: Can Boundless Health come to me?
A:
Yes! If you live in an over fifties residential development, retirement village or maybe you have space at your local golf, bowling or social club? Boundless Health has programs that can be delivered in your existing facilities. Contact us and enter your details on the form and we will contact you at your convenience.

Q: Can I join in at any time?
A:
Yes you can. Now is always the right time to start looking after yourself and have fun.

Q: Can I start a program if I have never done any regular exercise before?
A:
Many people who have completed the programs had never done any regular exercise before. These people often benefit the most as they have the biggest room for improvement. Boundless Health class leaders understand how to give you options so you can progress at your own pace and because Physiotherapists have designed the programs, you know it is safe.

Q: What if I have trouble finding the time?
A:
Often day-to-day things can get in the way of what is really important. After meeting new people, finding out how to look after yourself and having a great time doing it, you might just find you will want to involve others, so they too can share in the fun and benefits.

This is what one of our clients thought:
"The course was excellent. The group environment gave me the discipline to keep doing it." Sue Sewter.
