It is fun and beneficial, it helped my posture, I used to stand a bit stooped and when I did the gardening for a day I would take two or three days to get over it. Now I can do two days straight and I don't have a problem. It is really good I would recommend it to anyone over 50... maybe start early. Start in their twenties!!"

Helen Elsworthy "I was referred for the programs because I had seen my Dr and my physiotherapist and they both felt they could no longer help me. I have been doing the classes for a few months and I can now lift 40kg on the leg press machine after only lifting 5kg when I started. I feel the pain in my knees has eased a lot especially with walking. I really have been surprised how much I have improved, having never done something like this before."
